Newcastle Field Maintenance (NFM) is an Australian owned company providing asset maintenance, fabrication, mechanical overhaul, site erection/installation and maintenance support to the mining, steel, maritime, minerals processing, rail, chemical and manufacturing sectors.
Established in 1992, NFM has diversified and grown with a reputation for the safe and timely delivery of products / services to the quality levels required by our clients.
NFM controls all elements of our site and workshop safety through the use of our third party audited safety system. This system is underpinned by the use of activity specific Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) and constant consultation from employees through to clients alike.
Our fabrication quality is based on a comprehensive welding procedure/operator matrix, job specific ITP's and extensive use of certified third party inspectors for such items as welding, NDT and paint inspection. Our aim is to match our quality systems with our clients' needs and expectations.
